Andrew has a broad range of experience in general employment related matters, including redundancies, TUPE issues, dismissals, drafting contracts and handbooks, discrimination, and tribunal claims. He has experience of enforcement of restrictive covenants, and has given practical advice to clients to escape restrictive covenants. He has advised clients with regard to partnership disputes. Andrew enjoys networking and marketing generally. He has given a number of seminars on employment related issues.

Background

Andrew studied at Northumbria University on a 4 year law degree that included the LPC qualification. He trained with DFAlaw in Northampton before moving to Woodfines in 2000. He became a partner in 2004. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has a higher rights of audience qualification.
