Emma advises a wide variety of businesses covering a range of commercial issues and supports businesses from their inception through to sale.She has experience in advising companies on corporate governance, structures and bespoke commercial contracts as well as assisting sole traders and partnerships with their legal administration and strategic planning.

Emma regularly works together with other colleagues in substantial transactions where her ‘can do’ attitude comes to the fore.

Background

Emma joined Woodfines in 2007 and qualified in 2009 as a company commercial solicitor. Prior to joining Woodfines Emma completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law whilst working at the Legal Services Commission in London. Before this Emma studied law at the University of East Anglia in Norwich where she gained an LLB degree.

Emma is a member of the Women in Business Network and Bedfordshire Business Women.
