Foreign Transactions

One of our Partners, Brian Hall, is also a Notary Public. He provides services in relation to documents for use in foreign jurisdictions.

This usually involves some form of certification of existing documents but can include preparation of new documents where required.

Whether it is to facilitate a business transaction or to deal with private matters such as the purchase of foreign real estate or providing a power of attorney to a lawyer in another country, we can help with the process and if necessary deal with legislation requirements via the Foreign Office and/or the relevant embassy or consulate of the country concerned.

The essentials needed to conduct a transaction are the documents themselves, the presence of all the parties who will sign them, together with their passports and evidence of their current residence.

To obtain details of the procedures and cost involved please forward copies of the documents by e-mail or in hard copy form to Brian Hall at our
