Foreign Transactions

One of our partners, Brian Hall, is also a Notary Public. He provides services in relation to documents for use in foreign jurisdictions.

This usually involves some form of certification of existing documents but can include preparation of sponsorship documents for visitors to England or other forms of documentation to facilitate business transactions for example in connection with the purchase of foreign property or marriage in another country.

There are also many kinds of commercial documents that require some form of notarial certificates.

The essentials needed to conduct a transaction are the documents themselves, the presence of all the parties who will sign them, together with their passports and evidence of their current residence.
