Whilst the housing market is currently reported to be in a slump, that isn’t the case for Woodfines’ Conveyancing team in Cambridge, which has this month welcomed two new members to its team.
Rina Popat brings many years of experience in property law with her to join Woodfines’ conveyancing team, having qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and spending the majority of her career based in London.
She has acted for a wide range of clients, ranging from individuals to large corporates, and is a member of Women in Property.
She has also acted for both small and national property developers, and was previously the Head of the Plot Sales department at a well-known law firm in the South East of England.
Rina prides herself on being able to consistently provide a highly efficient service, which she looks forward to offering to clients at Woodfines.
She has been joined in the team by Larissa Sykes, who completes the team as a Paralegal. She is currently studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer and has recently begun her final year of exams.
Larissa intends to put into practice her new found skills for the benefit of those looking to buy and/or sell their homes in Cambridge.
The Head of Woodfines’ Residential Property team in Cambridge, Nicasio Dino, said: “Whilst there may be a slump nationwide in house sales, this is rarely a factor of concern for Cambridge. As such, I am delighted to be joined by two new team members who can help to ensure that clients receive the high quality service they expect from Woodfines.”
