Woodfines is pleased to announce and congratulate Anastasia Whitlock, Charlotte Hunt and Luke Shaw on the completion of their training contracts and progress to their admission as solicitors on 17 September, 2018. All three will be remaining with the firm and progressing their careers.
Anastasia Whitlock will be joining the firm’s Company Commercial and Employment team, based in Bedford. She has shown an aptitude for working with clients to achieve their commercial objectives, and has been an integral member of the firm’s GDPR team, providing specialist advice to businesses on how to prepare and comply with the Regulations which launched in May 2018.
Luke Shaw also joins the Company Commercial team, and will be working in the firm’s Milton Keynes office on Silbury Boulevard. Luke is described by clients as a strategic thinker, who provides detailed and diligent advice for businesses.
Neil Gibbs, who heads the Company Commercial department, says: “I am delighted to welcome Anastasia and Luke to the team, and know that they will not only be great assets to the firm but also to the businesses we advise from across the Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire regions.”
Charlotte Hunt joins Woodfines’ Transport & Regulatory department, which is based across the firm’s Bedford, Milton Keynes and Cambridge offices. She is looking forward to working with the wide range of individuals and businesses that the department advises, and particularly enjoys advising transport businesses on their complex compliance requirements.
