Woodfines were proud to sponsor the Pink Festival which was held in Cambridge over the weekend. On Sunday 4 September 2016, Woodfines' Partner, Karl Dembicki, attended with his classic ice cream van and gave out free rainbow ice lollies to promote Safer Spaces, which Woodfines has been involved with since 2015.
The Safer Spaces scheme aims to provide LGBTQ people in Cambridge and surrounding areas with identifiable places where they can feel safe, welcome and supported. Woodfines was one of the first businesses in the city to sign up to the scheme and has also provided pro bono legal advice to the charity.
If your business would like to sign up to Safer Spaces, please contact Becs Manning at firstname.lastname@example.org
