Keith Jones, a partner, leads the team from our head office in Bedford. Keith specialises in clinical and professional negligence, Inheritance Act claims and contentious probate matters.
Keith is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
Adrian Frost, a partner at our Sandy office, became Managing Partner of the firm in 2006. He specialises in Commercial Litigation including commercial disputes, construction and professional negligence.
Stephen Oliver, a partner at our Cambridge office, heads the corporate and commercial team. He handles a wide caseload of corporate and commercial work and also advises on aspects of insolvency law and commercial litigation.
Iain MacAskill, a partner at our Bedford office, has a broad range of litigation experience and advises more specifically in relation to beneficial interests in and ownership of property, inheritance disputes and personal injury claims.
Iain is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Malcolm Redford, a legal executive at our Bedford office, has over 30 years experience of dealing with personal injury, debt collection and general contractual disputes.
Malcolm is member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.
Lynne Quarmby, a solicitor at our Sandy office, specialises in a range of contentious matters with a particular interest in property disputes and landlord and tenant disputes. Lynne also advises local registered social landlords. Additionally, Lynne deals with claimant personal injury, professional negligence, consumer law and general contractual disputes.
Lynne is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and Housing Law Practitioners Association.
Andrew Carter, a solicitor at our Milton Keynes office, joined Woodfines in 2008 having worked for several years in London. He advises companies and businesses on complex commercial disputes including professional negligence, breach of contract, contentious employment matters and insolvency law. Andrew also has experience of banking and finance litigation, defamation law and sports law.
Andrew is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
Elizabeth Feeney, a solicitor at our Sandy office, joined Woodfines in 2000 after a number of years working as a solicitor in London. Elizabeth advises on a range of litigation matters, including professional negligence, consumer law and contentious contractual matters.
