Partner John Egan heads the department and is based at the Milton Keynes office dealing with all aspects but particular expertise in finances ancillary to divorce and children. He leads a team of 2 others in the Milton Keynes office all dealing with different aspects of matrimonial work.

Partner John Leadbeater based at the Bedford office deals with all aspects of matrimonial work but particular expertise in finances ancillary to divorce and children. With him in that office is Robert Colling who deals with children and public law family matters, in particular care proceedings, and a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and there are 3 other members of the matrimonial team in that office.

Both John Egan and John Leadbeater have been accredited by Resolution as Family Law Specialists.

Andrea Thompson, based at Sandy deals with all aspects of family law as well as being a family mediator and trained family collaborative lawyer. She is accompanied by 2 other fee earners in that office also practising matrimonial work.
