Lorraine qualified as a solicitor in 1991 after completing her law degree at Cambridge University and legal training under former Woodfines Partner, Chris Wingfield.
Lorraine specialises in all aspects of residential property law and acts for a number of developers. She acts on a wide range of transactions including high value properties, agricultural land, leases, development sites (acquisition and sales off), new builds, deeds of easement, remortgages and transfers of equity. Lorraine receives a lot of work by recommendation and is often the ‘go to’ solicitor if a client’s title is complex.
Lorraine’s focus is on client care and understanding her client’s needs and her clients appreciate her practical and down to earth manner.
Lorraine also achieved a PGCE in 1996 and combines her role in practice with delivering CPD courses for a range of providers including the market leader, Central Law Training. Lorraine has edited textbooks on conveyancing and was responsible for setting up an extensive in house bespoke legal qualification for staff at HM Land Registry.
Lorraine enjoys spending time with her little girl and going to the theatre and spending time with friends and family (preferably with dinner and a nice bottle of wine).
Thank you for excellent service and your friendly approach. Much appreciated.
Helpful, friendly and unpretentious service - often sought but rarely found.
I left your office feeling very happy with the kindness and understanding which was given to me. Thank you so much.
Very personalised. It was my first experience of a UK firm and I was totally confident with the way the process was handled.
