Training Contracts

At Woodfines trainees are given hands-on experience and direct client exposure as soon as is practicable.

Trainees usually undertake four seats in a mixture of contentious and non-contentious practice areas. Trainees also benefit from a formal mentoring system with one of the partners throughout their training.

The fact that a number of the current and former partners completed their training with Woodfines shows that starting a career at the firm could well lead to greater rewards.
