Before you proceed

It is important to note that we will only release an original Will to the Executor(s) provided all the requirements below are satisfied:

  • Original Death Certificate of the deceased received
  • All executors named in the Will are consenting to the Will release (if any pre-deceased Executor(s), we will need their Original Death Certificates
  • Letters of Authority from all Executors (if Will is being released only to one Executor)- if applicable
  • Original or certified ID of all Executors (including marriage certificates or deed poll if there are any name changes)

Please note that if you are requesting the Will to be posted, we will do this at your own risk. We would strongly advise that you collect the original Will to ensure safe receipt.
