Darcie joined the People Team in April 2026, bringing over five years of experience in HR. She also spent two years specialising in People Development, where she focussed on analysing engagement data to support business insights and decision-making.

She is passionate about using data to better understand employee experience and support meaningful, people-focussed outcomes. Darcie trained in acting at drama school, an experience that shaped her strong communication skills and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
