Kim began her career in Human Resources in 2006 at MK college, where she gained 15 years experience across a variety of HR roles, progressing to a senior HR Business partner. During this time she also achieved her post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management in 2015.
In 2021, Kim Joined Willen Hospice as an HR Advisor- a role that was particularly meaningful to her.
In 2025 Kim became part of the Woodfines team bringing a wealth of HR expertise and people focused approach developed over nearly two decades in the profession.

What’s the most daring/scariest thing you have done?
I’m not much of a risk taker, catching spiders is probably the scariest thing that I do! And I am really scared of them!
What was your first job?
Sales Assistant at John Lewis in the Hosiery and Haberdashery department in the days when the uniform was a green shirt and blue skirt and they were closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Tell us something that not many people would know about you?
I love watching Beard Meats Food, I’m obsessed and if I’m not watching that I’m watching botched or Dr Pimple Popper
