Nicola joined Woodfines in August 2025 as a compliance assistant. Brining them 17 months of experience as a Legal Cashier at another firm of solicitors. Before moving into the legal sector, Nicola spent 13 years as an office Manager in the construction industry, following a five-year career break. Earlier in Nicolas career, she built extensive experience in the financial service, working as a Financial Advisor and then for five years and as a Branch Manager. This varied back ground has provided Nicola with a broad skill set and wealth of professional experience across multiple sectors.

What’s the most daring/scariest thing you have done?
Scariest/most daring thing I’ve ever done is paraglide off the mountains in Tenerife – I spent the night before not being able to sleep as I was worrying about it but it was a wonderful experience.
What was your first job?
My first job was working in a Farm Shop (which in fact was a very cold trailer!) when I was 13 – nice in the summer months but not so good in the winter!
If you weren’t in your current profession, what would you be doing?
I would love to be a Midwife.
