Vivienne returned to Woodfines in November 2025 as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner, Suzanna Stephenson. Her connection to the firm goes back to 1994, when she worked in the former Bedford office as a secretary specialising in Employment Law. After 27 years she is thrilled to be re-joining the team and bringing a wealth of experience back to the firm. With a strong background in administration, events, project management, and the legal sector, Vivienne has built a distinguished career supporting senior leaders in high-profile environments.
