The next generation of solicitors joins Woodfines, expanding the commercial property team

In early November, Woodfines proudly announced that four of its trainees had qualified as solicitors, with three, Teleasha Vrioni-Wright, Oliver McCormack, and Melanya Ponraj, choosing to continue their careers within the firm’s expanding Commercial Property team.

Teleasha joined the firm in 2021 as an Administrative Assistant after graduating from the University of Leicester with a first-class honour in Law with Criminology. She began her Training Contract in November 2023 while completing the LPC, later achieving a distinction. Two years later, she has happily accepted a solicitor role within the firm’s Commercial Property Team.

Oliver joined the firm in 2022 as a Commercial Property Paralegal after graduating from a four-year LLB Law with a German Degree at the University of Warwick. He then started his training contract in 2023 while completing the LPC LLM (Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice), achieving a distinction. He has now accepted a solicitor role within the Commercial Property team.

Melanya joined Woodfines in 2021 as a Paralegal in the property department. She worked on a wide range of both residential and commercial property transactions. She completed her LLB in Law and Criminology, then pursued an LLM and the LPC. Melanya started her training contract in 2023, completed it in 2025, and has happily accepted a Solicitor role within the Commercial Property Team.
