Gintare Kucinskaite

Wills, Probate & Lifetime Planning

Gintare joined Woodfines in April 2024 as a Team Assistant in the Wills, Probate, and Lifetime Planning department, and then progressed to the role of Paralegal in April 2025. Prior to entering the legal sector, Gintare gained professional experience in the telecommunications and civil engineering industries, developing strong advisory, planning, and client-facing skills that continue to support her legal work.

Gintare graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Law with Criminology (2022). She is aiming to start working towards the SQE with the ambition of qualifying as a solicitor.

Outside of work, Gintare enjoys playing netball in a friendly league, as well as practising reformer Pilates and yoga.

What’s the most daring/scariest thing you have done?

As part of Air cadets, I had a chance to take control of a plane. Considering I was terrified of heights and flying which was the most scary and thrilling situation.

What was your first job?

Retail assistant at Primark.

If you weren’t a lawyer or in your current profession, what would you be doing?

I’d probably have joined the Police. During college, I completed work experience with Police which I enjoyed the most Major Crime Unit and Forensic Team.
