Kassilyn Carry

Kassilyn holds both a Masters and LPC, having been in private practice since 2014 she brings a wealth of legal experience to her role at Woodfines. Kassilyn joined the firm’s Commercial Property team as a Paralegal in 2019 and went on to qualify as a Solicitor in April 2021.

She now deals with a diverse workload including commercial and agricultural property matters, consisting of landlord and tenant transactions, acquisitions, disposals, commercial lending, leasehold assignments, development work and auction sales/purchases. Her agricultural work has included transaction involving overage, option agreements and diversification.

In addition, Kassilyn works in tandem with the Residential Property and Wills, Probate and Lifetime Planning teams with complex and high value residential and trust matters as well as reconstitutions of title, adverse possessions and first registrations.

Kassilyn has worked for a wide range of clients including individuals, private landowners, farming partnerships, management companies, developers, and local businesses.

I compete in strength sports and have held several titles

I would be a professional chef or scuba diver instructor.
